Gaurav has vast experience over the past 26 years including managing finance of large corporates, consulting and entrepreneurship. He has worked with IREO, M3M, Krishna Maruti where he has worked as CFO and handled all aspects of the finance and accounting function of these large corporates

Rishi completed his chartered accountancy in 2005 and in his 16 years post qualification career he has worked with Big4 Accounting firms, corporate law firm and a flexible packaging manufacturing company. He expertise in direct taxes, mergers and acquisitions, group restructuring, litigation advisory, tax due diligences and advising clients navigating them through complex matter involving tax and regulatory conundrums. He has worked with Fox Mandal, KPMG & Grant Thornton and in his stint has advised large listed companies, multi national companies, charitable organizations and large Indian owned companies. He has also been involved in the board level reporting, decision-making with top management of the company in formulation of new policies & procedures, cost management, financial analysis and commercial operations.
Mr.Rishi Jha

Rajesh is a Law Graduate and have Diploma in Taxation Laws. He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of Taxation. He major stint of work was with M/s Punj Lloyd which is one of the leading engineering & construction company in India with multiple project in India & Overseas. He has a significant experience in the field of taxation and compliances including Income tax, Goods and Service Tax and tax assessments. He has handled all kinds of audit including statutory audit, internal audit, CAG audit and tax audits. He has been in charge for GST implementation in Oracle and conducted GST trainings
Mr.Rajesh Goel

Anuradha holds degree in Bachelor of Commerce and Law, and is a Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) having experience of 9 years. She is driving Corporate Law & Legal practice of the Firm, and having expertise in Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, FEMA Regulations and laws applicable to Financial / Real Estates Sector. She is actively involved in advising several companies on these matters including inbound investments, mergers and capital restructuring assignments. Apart from Consulting experience she has vast experience of working with Corporate sector & off late she was heading Secretarial Division of a premier real estate organisation based out of Delhi NCR. She represents the clients in front of various regulatory authorities wherever required and handle corporate legal matters including drafting of legal documents.
